WARRANTY INFORMATION
Each of The Nesting Owl’s custom designed and built furniture pieces have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind look. Each piece of furniture is hand built and made to last a lifetime with construction quality fasteners and glues. Small imperfections may occur naturally over time and will not effect the structure or stability of the furniture piece. In fact, they add character to each unique piece. Your projects can be stained to your specifications and preferences.
We utilize both new and refurbished wood and we are always on the lookout for historical wood structures. Drop us a line if you have something that may be of interest.
The Nesting Owl’s custom wood creations have a one year warranty coverage on construction defects, poor structure and unstable pieces.
Custom finished pieces are guaranteed not to fade, flake or wear off in the first year (with proper use and care).
EXCLUSIONS
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, pet damage, watermarks etc.
IMPROPER CARE AND STORAGE
The Nesting Owl’s custom wood creations are built to stay indoors in a climate controlled area. Storing wood furniture in barns, garages, storage units may damage furniture and exclude any warranties.
